Face to Face, Video, Phone Sessions

Plans include unlimted email support, written session summary delivered via email. Some services can be offered via SMS messaging and Augmented Reality at no additional charge.

Twenty five minute sessions are offered for those who live mindfully and communicate authentically who need a “tune up” or a “check in”. This is also a great way to explore coaching until your availability, budget and/or desire support 50 minute sessions.
