Fitness Plans

Often when we think of fitness, we think of the gym or the track and envision sweat filled hours next to sweaty grunting guys who drop their weights. 

Fitness can certainly look like that. If visual isnt appealing to you, but the idea of increasing your fitness is, then allow me to design a personalized program that considers your goals, any health concerns and your current fitness level. 

My programs  incorporate weight reistance, TRX training, dynamic exercise,resistance bands, cardio conditioning, muscle confusion,everyday household items and core strengthening programs to enhance your overall fitness.  Face to face sessions can be indoor or outdoor, at your home gym, in a local park or at one of the many  beautiful waterfront locations in San Diego. 

Partner, family and group packages available. This is a fantastic way to keep yourself and your parnter, friend(s), family active together. The increased support of multiple members working together will solidify success. 

Remote sessions can be conducted through Augmented Reality technology for clients with a smart phone.  I am in the process of identifying easily accessible technology that will allow for more detailed support remotely. 

Between session Holistic Well-being Coaching keeps you on track with your nutrition, work/play balance and identifying and preventing other potential inhibitors to you achieving your fitness goals.
