Welcome to Revealing Optimal Well-being.  I hope that here, you will find, or continue your path to revealing your optimal well being.We each have a personal balance that when maintained allows us to live comfortably and in harmony with those around us. My goal is that you will experience among other things balance, empowerment  and respect here.

The philosophy of Holistic Well Being Coaching is that imbalance in one area of our lives, left imbalanced, will create imbalance in other areas of our lives. With that in mind I use a Total Being approach to coaching. After and in-depth analysis that looks at your diet, exercise/ fitness, work/ career,  social life, close relationship (s), volunteer work, spiritual practice (if you have one), chronic illness, mood and/or personality disorders, lifestyle habits,  or goals in any of the above areas, we will develop your personalized plan.

Your personalized plan helps you establish or maintain optimal well-being with tools and practices that with ongoing mindfulness will become easy to maintain. I have a variety of plans available to accommodate your motivation level and schedule. I used a variety of technology in my practice that allows me to work remotely as well as face to face.While I live on the west coast of the United States of America, I happily accomodate your time zone.
